The Paul Harris Fellow award is one of Rotary International's highest honors, recognizing someone who contributes, or in whose name is contributed, a gift of $1,000 or more to the Rotary Foundation. John Hoich may have had a rough childhood, but he also had the courage and determination to build a prosperous and influential career. With hardwork, perseverance, and a lawnmower, John became one of the most successful businessmen in America. At the age of 19 John joined Rotary and has not missed a meeting in over 40 years. John believes in giving back, and he is a disciple of the motto, "Service above self." Thank you, John Hoich!
