 Greetings Rotarians and Friends of Rotary! Thanks to Mike Ough and Diane Johnson for arranging last week's Rotary dinner at BRAVO! Everyone had a good time and the fines that were generated should help fill our bank account! This week, our special guest speaker will be Rich Berggren, Nebraska Game & Parks Conservation Officer. Rich is the Game Warden for Douglas County and has been our guest speaker in the past. As part of Nebraska's law enforcement team, he might be able to share some information about the new "Constitutional Carry" concealed weapons law that recently passed the Legislature. - May 11 (Thursday): COPE's annual fund-raiser golf outing. Since several Rotary members are participating or helping with the event, we may cancel or change our meeting on that date ... stay tuned.
Our Scholarship presentations have all been concluded and we need to focus on our 2023 Golf Outing. As advertised, this will be our 25th annual event, to be held on Monday, July 17 at The Pines.
