In Wyoming, Rotary Clubs provide books to every first grader in the state with the mission to celebrate reading. Since 1999 they have distributed over 150,000 books. The Wyoming state Legislature passed a bill making the third Tuesday in May a state holiday, Wyoming Reading Day. Way to go, Rotary Clubs of Wyoming!
