President's Message

Hello Fellow Rotarians,

Thanks to Mike Ough for filling in as Rotary President last week and to Dave Rosacker for providing pizza and salad lunch at the last meeting!

Thanks to our speaker last meeting, Roger Kuhfal with the National Safety Council hosted by Rolly.

We don’t have any speakers lined up for meetings beginning in January, please help if you can and invite someone interesting to speak at our meetings. Please let Neil or Jim know if you line someone up to speak so we get them on the speakers schedule, check with us for an open date.

Meeting and speaker schedule:
Dec. 21st – Rotary Member and spouse Christmas Party hosted by Richard Krueger, NO NOON MEETING.
Dec. 28th – Holiday break, NO NOON MEETING
Jan. 4th – resume regular weekly lunch meetings.

Richard Krueger has generously volunteered his home to host Rotary Holiday Party. The event will be this Thursday evening, December 21st from 6:00PM to 8:00Pm at Richards home 17125 Howard Plaza, Omaha (near Pacific Springs Golf Course). The best way to get to Richards house is from 168th street south of Dodge, turn west on Harney Street. The next immediate street you can turn left on is Howard Plaza, go about one block and Richards house is on the left. Park in the driveway if there is room, if not you must park on the north side of the street, there isn’t room for emergency vehicles to pass if cars park on both sides of the street. Please bring your spouse or guest, whatever you would like to drink, and an hors d’oeuvre to share.

Thank you for an incredible 2023 Rotary year, you have been very generous with your time and donations to make our community and the world a better place to live. Merry Christmas blessings to you and your family and we look forward to an outstanding 2024!
