 Greetings Rotarians! Thanks to everyone that attended last week's meeting and to our guest speaker, Don Dravland, from The Pines Country Club. Tomorrow's guest speaker will be Joe Wherry, former Elkhorn grad and current member of the Omaha Police Department. Our scholarship winners will be recognized by their respective schools next week (EHS - Tuesday, ESHS - Wednesday, ENHS - Thursday and DC West - Friday) ... we will participate in these activities. By default, I have been listed as our club's delegate for the District's May 12th Annual Meeting (7:00 PM). This is a webinar ... just electronic voting ... no face-to-face participation required. I would really like for a member (not me) to volunteer to be a part of this meeting and represent us. It should last less than an hour. They will be voting on future District leadership and the budget. Future speakers will be: - April 28th: TBD - World Vaccination Week / Polio Plus
- May 5th: Mark Worman - Hall of Fame and Retired Hall of Fame Football Coach
- May 12th: Bill Harvey - District 5650 Foundation and Ukraine Relief Operations
- May 19th: Bill Williams - Patriot Productions
- May 26th: Carol Horner - District 5650 Governor (tentative)
