 Greetings Rotarians and Friends of Rotary! I will be gone for the next two weeks (85-degrees and sunny!) so Mike and Jim have enthusiastically agreed to conduct our weekly WDC Rotary meetings in my absence. Here is the schedule of events for the next several weeks. - February 23: Mike Ough will conduct the meeting. Guest speaker will be Steve Selhorst (Home Security)
- March 2: Jim Tomanek will conduct the meeting. Guest speaker will Jim Keepers (Arborist).
- March 8 (Wednesday): Monthly DC West Food Pantry distribution at DC West School in Valley (4:00-5:00 PM)
- March 9: TBD - Speaker is needed. We may have a wine-tasting event ... more to follow
- March 16: TBD - Speaker is needed. Elkhorn scholarship recommendations are due. DC West schedule TBD.
- March 23: Scholarship Interviews conducted (Elkhorn High, Elkhorn North & Elkhorn South). DC West interviews TBD.
- March 24: Scholarship final selections are due to the Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation.
- March 31 & April 1: District 5650 Conference in Lincoln (UNL Innovation Campus). The District Governor would like for all clubs to provide a display that represents 2022 activities and projects of the club.
