Speaker of the Day - Rolly Kleeman

QIGONG

Rolly Kleeman lead us in a discussion and practice of QIGONG (pronounced "Chee gung") which is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China (pronounced "zhong guo" or "chong goa" in Chinese).  Rolly explained Qigong, including the "Body Meridians".  After explaining and demonstrating some Qigong, Rolly lead the group in a few exercises.  Those remained sitting during eh group exercise are no doubt accomplished in the art.

Handouts will be sent out to members in a separate mailing.

BELL RINGING CURRENTLY UNDERWAY THIS WEEK

Thanks, once again, to Jim Tomanek's efforts, our club is out in front of Family Fare, one member at a time, ringing the bell and enjoying our newly arrived cold weather.  Featured in the above photos are Gail Stalder and an unnamed helper and Duane Prorok ringing early Monday the 21st.
