Our Rotary lunch this Thursday will be held upstairs in the Board Room of the Foundation Building.

 

The Club needs to decide what we want to use the District Grant funds for. The deadline to submit a grant request is May 31^st.

If no other suggestions are made, we can always write the grant for ground beef at the DC West food pantry again.

 

Just a reminder, Roger Breed has challenged our Rotary Club members to join him in a financial donation to help our club members with tornado recovery expenses. If you wish to participate, please bring a check to Rotary this Thursday or you can mail a check to WDC Rotary, P.O. Box 265, Elkhorn, NE 68022, make sure you indicate the check is for tornado recovery. Thank you very much for all your support and contributions.

 

WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP WITH SPEAKERS AND LUNCH HOSTS You can see the schedule below that we need speakers and lunch hosts, please help out and volunteer to find a speaker and host a lunch. Contact Jim or Neil, thanks!

Save the Date: The Annual Rotary Scholarship Golf Outing is scheduled for Monday, July 22^nd at The Pines Country Club in Valley. This is a great opportunity to help raise money to support 4 - $1,500 scholarships for area high school seniors, but also an opportunity to play at the now private, Pines Country Club!! Please provide your team fees and door prizes to Mike Ough as soon as possible.
