Greetings Rotarians ... I hope that everyone had an enjoyable and safe Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks to everyone that took time to "ring-the-bell" for the Salvation Army. We will be back to our regular in-person meeting on Thursday (7:00 AM) ... our guest speaker will be Colleen Fink from the 41st U.S. Senior Golf Open. I will be sending out a Zoom link for anyone who would like to continue to participate remotely. Today is giving Tuesday and our club is fortunate that we were able to designate $800 to this year's COPE Food Basket drive. Jim Tomanek is also organizing this year's annual fund for gifts for needy families. COPE is providing 500 gift tags for children and their parents ... toys or cash donations can be delivered to Jim at Rotary. Checks can also be sent to COPE (P.O. Box 177 - Elkhorn, NE 68022). See you Thursday.- Tod Meeting Minutes November 19th Zoom meeting with 12 members participating, plus our regular guest, Larry Johansen. Dave led us in a special Thanksgiving prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Treasury balance is unchanged ($6,284.62). Jim will be submitting our final report for the Bike Grant (the tool kit is still on back-order). We will investigate whether or not District 5650 has matching funds for any project that has COVID-based needs.
