Rotary Grant Recipient: The Salvation Army

Norfolk Rotary President John Schmitt presents a check for $3,000 to Captain

R.C. Duskin of the Salvation Army as part of Norfolk Rotary's Grant Program.

The funds will be used to purchase a new forklift for their warehouse.
