President's Corner

Well I attended the Sweet Charity party and had a great time, glad I could meet and help the Taylor Rotarians.

Also, went over to Windsor with Noel Jackson and planted about 300 trees (ok the crew plant most of them). Glad to report that we tow weren't the only yanks to show up. We will be having our own tree planting, here in Trenton on 19 May, I'll be looking forward to having y'all come out and help. There is also going to be a program with the Trenton second graders to hand out a seedling to each at the two schools, stay tuned for updates.

Cheers,

John

RI President-elect Barry Rassin’s theme for 2018-19, Be the Inspiration, asks Rotarians to inspire change in the world and in each other. “I ask all of you to Be the Inspiration to help Rotary move from reaction to action — to take a hard look at the environmental issues that affect health and welfare around the world and do what we can to help.”
