Good day fellow Rotarians,        
 
Hard to believe another month has melted away. The Rotary theme for October is ‘economic and community’. Our recent donation to the City of Trenton will help keep our city one of the safest in the state. So thank you to all who make these donations possible. And a big thank you to Heinz Plauman who spoke to our club last week and gave us some reminders that a positive attitude will create positive results.
 
Important reminders; Oct. 8th Monday evening extension meeting will take place at Sibley Gardens, our Monday November 12th meeting will coincide with the Fireside Chat at Tom Dickman’ s house so please plan to attend. Don’t forget Rotary’s greatest triumph is ever so close. Oct. 24 is World Rotary Day. John Allen participating in a NID in Nigeria this week is just another example of our clubs commitment.
 
May we all keep Ron and the entire Sheck family foremost in our thoughts. It was great to see all of the Rotary support for Ron last week. Thanks to everyone for all you do in the name of Rotary.
