Hello Rotary Friends,

Our Shamrockin’ on the River committee is hard at work putting together ideas to make sure we all have a great time. Thanks to Matt, Kathy and the entire committee. Please spread the word with your friends and relatives to keep March 9th open for some Irish fun!

Our meeting last week highlighted the vocation of banking, and lending as a career. A big thank you to Rose Angela for giving us an insider look. This week we get an inside look at the business of fashion and beauty as Kim talks to us about hairstyling and coloring. And we will continue our pursuit of Rotarians interested in stepping up to a leadership position with our Roar on the River Committee. Your support is vital to the future of our largest community service event.

Our Board meeting for January has been moved from the 17th to the 24th so please mark your calendars accordingly. The deadline for the District Conference in May is coming soon so please either go in line and register or let me know if you would like to attend. New members should see me as our club provides assistance to first time attendees. This conference has some of the most interesting and influential speakers from the Rotary world. Please consider it.
