Greetings Fellow Rotarians,
 
A big thank you to Bill Jasman, our speaker two weeks ago, for his time and effort in showing our club what is possible through Rotary. Our club is fortunate to have your energy working on behalf of and representing our Club! Keep up the good work. Last week we heard from Roberto Sanchez about fabulous Rotary work in Guatemala. This week we will hear from Jessica Pinto, filling us in on the SWCRC.
 
A friendly reminder that May 21st the Trenton Rotary Club will present Screenagers at the Trenton Village Theater. This is a FREE event for all Downriver families. The event will help families find solutions to excessive screen time and offer solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world. Please spread the word to any teachers, counselors or school administrators you may know in our area.   
 
This coming weekend is our district Conference in Windsor. If you are not going, our club may still need some help manning the Shed Day event here in Trenton. Please check in with Larry or Bill to sign up. Also coming soon, Paul Jocks is hosting a meeting on Tuesday May 7th to explore options for the Boat Races next year. Everyone is welcome. Tuesday May14th will be the next Roar meeting. Everyone is welcome to that as well. Keep in mind that we want this to be our best effort, your help is needed. For those of you who have been thinking it’s been a while since you have been involved in a project, this is the perfect opportunity. We are on a role with the success of our last few projects so keep in mind that we want this to be our BEST effort, YOUR support is needed so please step. Thank you.
