Hello Beautiful Rotarians,
As we approach the month of March, we have the privilege of celebrating Women's History Month—a time dedicated to recognizing the invaluable contributions and achievements of women throughout history. This month serves as a reminder of the extraordinary accomplishments of women who have shaped our world, broken barriers, and paved the way for progress and equality.
As members of Rotary, we have a unique opportunity to support and empower women in our communities through our service projects, mentorship programs, and advocacy efforts. By promoting gender equality and ensuring equal opportunities for women and girls, we contribute to building more inclusive and sustainable communities where everyone can thrive.
It is with deep sadness that I share the news of the passing of Bill Jasman’s father. His father passed away this past week while Bill is on his Rotary Ghana trip. Our hearts are heavy with sorrow as we come to terms with this loss, and our thoughts and prayers are with Bill during this difficult time.
I would like to remind everyone that our Monday, February 26 noon meeting will be at the School Board Room office at 2603 Charlton Road, Trenton. Overflow parking will be at St. Pauls. Feel free to contact me with any questions. 734-934-4685. The 6:01 will remain at Sibley Gardens.
We do not have a speaker for tomorrow’s meeting but we will be enjoying our afternoon Truago lunch with our normal agenda. If anyone has something they would like to speak on, please contact Larry Kearney or myself.
