Thanks to Bob Howey for leading the meeting last week while Bill Jasman, Noel Jackson and I represented our club at the District Governor's Golf Outing. We had a small but mighty group at Rotary after Hours this past Wednesday. Thanks to Chuck Howey, Larry Kearney and Kathy Kane for stopping in at Fratello's to spend some quality time together!

Polio Facts:
In 1985, when Rotary began the fight to end polio, 350,000 people contracted the disease each year, and polio was endemic in 125 countries. Since then, polio cases have been reduced by 99 percent, and transmission of the wild poliovirus has been stopped in all but three countries. We are “this close” to eradicating this disabling disease and creating a polio-free world. A donation of any size can make an impact in the fight to end polio.
