A message from the President
Greetings my fellow Rotarians!
It seems like just yesterday we were at the installation dinner celebrating another successful year. Now we are already a month into the New Year.
I would like to begin by stating how honored and excited I am to have the opportunity to lead this group of Rotarians. The dedication and generosity of this team continues to impress me. This year’s Roar of the River was another great community service success. Let’s continue our momentum and efforts as we ramp up for our fall event
I’m very fortunate to have the support of my family, my wife Karen and our four children. Conner, 16 years old and will be entering the 11th grade this coming year. Spencer is 14 and will be attending Trenton High School as a 9th grader. My daughter Kara is 11 and will be attending AMS this fall as a 6th grader. And last but not least. RJ is 8 years old and will be a 4th grader at Anderson Elementary School.
In closing, I look forward to working with the new Board of Directors as well as the entire general membership implementing our strategic plans for the year.
RI President K.R. Ravindran chose Be a Gift to the World as his theme for 2015-16. Ravindran urges Rotary members to give the gifts of time, talent, and knowledge to improve lives in communities across the globe. "Through Rotary, we can take these gifts and make a genuine difference in the lives of others and in our world."
