Hello Rotarians!

Last week’s song, “Welcome Back,” couldn’t have been more fitting. It felt great to return to the Westfield Center and settle back into our normal routines. We had a wonderful meeting and were honored to present our speaker, Sherri Gramlich, with a $1,000 check for the Trenton American Legion. Moments like that are a great reminder of how Rotary can make a meaningful difference for organizations in our community.

It’s hard to believe our Spring Break Fundraiser is less than two weeks away! The committee has been working hard on the final details to make it a great event. We need to provide our final count on Saturday, so if you haven’t signed up for your tickets yet, please let us know as soon as possible.

Reminder: we will have a committee meeting right after our noon meeting at the Westfield Center!

I’m also looking forward to hearing Rylee Linting’s update at today’s meeting.

See everyone at noon!

YIR,

Ronnie

Welcome Back!!

Thank you, John Allen!

After many years of faithfully serving as our Sergeant-at-Arms—setting up the room, preparing the food table, and helping everything run smoothly—John is stepping down from the role.

John, your dedication behind the scenes has made a tremendous difference in the success of our meetings. Your reliability and willingness to serve have not gone unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for all the time and effort you have given to our club. It’s time for you to take a well-deserved break and simply enjoy the Rotary meetings you’ve helped make possible for so many years.

As John retires from this position, I’m looking for a member who would be willing to step in and help with these responsibilities for the next few months.

Thank you again, John, for your years of service and commitment to our Rotary family. 👏

There is still time to sign up for the Career Fair.

Please reach out to Doug Mentzer!

Get Involved Fair - Opportunity Expo/Career Fair: Thursday, March 12, 2026

Dear Trenton Families and Community Members,

As part of the many efforts of the  Superintendent’s Student Leadership Council, there will be an Opportunity Expo/Career Fair that will serve as part of the Get Involved Fair on March 12 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. This event is being organized by senior Matthew Johnson and Superintendent Mentzer. This event is the culmination of his efforts over the last two years.

The Opportunity Expo will serve as our school’s career fair, providing students and families with the opportunity to explore a variety of career pathways, connect with local professionals, and learn more about academic options such as Dual Enrollment, DCTC, and Advanced Placement (AP) courses.

We are currently seeking local professionals who are willing to participate and share insight into their career paths, educational backgrounds, and professional experiences. Your involvement can help inspire and guide our students as they begin planning for their futures.

If you or someone you know may be interested in participating, please complete the form below:

Opportunity Expo (Career Fair)- Trenton HS

Commitments include: Gorno Ford, Pipefitter Local 636, First Solar, GLS North America, MUST Construction, TWB Company, Riverview Fire Department, Trenton Police Department, as well as, Trenton's very own THS Counseling Team and DCTC Director, John Nasarzewski

Thank you for your continued support of Trenton High School and for helping us provide meaningful opportunities for our students.

On behalf of Matthew Johnson,
