Here is the Installation update:
We can meet with 10 people, so we have decided to have board members run the Installation at Hat Trick on Wed. June 24. We will have members place their dinner order with Matt Hatty and pick up their dinner, program and goodie bag at Kennedy Recreation Center door drive thru at 5PM.
Then we ask for you to dress up and to join us with your home guests on a special Zoom-Virtual Installation Banquet starting at 5:30pm until approx. 7:30pm. We have the technology to have a "social hour" from 5:30-5:45pm we will video members enjoying their dinner. At 5:45- 6:15 we will have each person in a break out rooms of 5-6 people to chat as you would at a dinner party and we will switch it up every few minutes, so you can enjoy dinner or drinks with everyone and some special surprises are planned.
The program starting at 6:15 will consist of Introduction of new members, Paul Harris, Perfect Attendance, Awards, Installation of Officers (via in person and zoom) and remarks from the out and in coming club presidents.

Members Are To Be Proactive regarding disease spread:
a. Stay home if they are ill or have been around someone who is ill
b. Stay home if just returning from airline travel
c. Take temperature at home, and if elevated temperature, stay home till 48 hours without temperature or symptoms
d. Members to report any positive COVID test results
e. Use whatever protective equipment members feel will make them most comfortable when attending an in-person meeting ( this could include face mask, face-shield, gloves, hand sanitizer) Acceptance of all PPE protocols should be respected by all members.
f. Notify club leadership if member becomes ill or if someone in close contact becomes ill. Club leadership should notify all members so that members may monitor their own symptoms, obtain testing and health guidance.
When attending all meetings until a vaccine has been developed and administered:

Members will wear masks that were provided to them at all meetings.

Masks can be removed for food or drink, but no containers can be shared. Members must wear masks when done with their beverage or food.

No more than 4 people can sit at a table to provide social distancing.

No one is mandated to attend, however, a zoom connection will also be provided and communicated in advance of the meeting.

Drinks will be administered from disposable containers. No sharing of any beverage.

Gloves are suggested, but not mandatory

Hello Rotarians,
Thank you to the 1/4 of the club that answered our ask for information. If you have not responded yet, please send your answers to Bill. Also, We will experiment with our 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM 2nd Monday Meetings. This is supported by the response in our survey. A zoom option will be made available for both meetings if you feel uncomfortable. It was my pleasure to join President Matt and President Elect Kathy in delivering the support checks. As always, you can support Salvation Army and Christnet by dropping off food donations and checks to Larry Kearney at Riverside Financial on Riverside Drive between Elm and St. Joseph.
We also have filed our grant with the district for a new project to donate $3000 in toys to the Trenton Goodfellows and the Salvation Army. These toys will be purchased and presented in Early December. We will also have a reading project once schools return in the fall.
