Information from the board meeting . . .

At the most recent Board Meeting, your Trenton Rotary Board of Directors approved the following expenditures:

1)      Up to $250.00 in repairs to our "Little Library".

2)      $500.00 to the St. Phillip Food Pantry (formerly Trenton Food Pantry) with a matching $500.00 donation from the Howey Foundation.

3)      Up to an additional $1,500.00 for the purchase of a new podium for the club.

4)      $100.00 to Fish and Loaves in Taylor.

5)      The $30.00 registration fee for ALL Trenton Rotarians who attend the upcoming District Assembly.

Speaking of District Assembly, don't forget that it is being held Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the Schoolcraft College Vis Ta Tech Center. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other members in our District as well as learn more about the various aspects of Rotary. This information will give you new insight into Rotary, which will enhance your membership. It is important for members of the Board of Directors to go. It is also highly recommended for relatively new Rotarians. However, ALL Rotarians will benefit from this informational assembly.
