President's Corner

Hello Rotary Friends,

Could PGD Donna have been any more thorough with her presentation? What a great tribute to the Howey Family and our Club. It’s nice to know the entire Rotary world will get to see it at the next international convention in Hamburg next year. A huge thank you to the Howey Family, PDG Donna and the entire team. We couldn’t be more proud.

Dennis Levko and his WGD committee would like your feedback. Please send Dennis and/or myself any feedback you may have. We will put it to good use at next years WGD. His preliminary budget numbers have us making right around $17,000.

Kathy Kane has put her polished leadership and creative abilities into high gear. Mark you calendars for Saturday March 9th when Kathy and her committee will paint the riverfront green at Smugglers Run. Can’t wait to celebrate St. Patty’s Day with all of you.

Today the Trenton High School Chorale will entertain us before we take the next two Monday’s off for the Holidays. I wish all of you God’s Blessings on you and your families. Enjoy the Season and see you again on 2019!

Donna Schmidt spoke to the club about the Howey Medical Center. The facility opened September 3rd. Because it is such an impressive facility, there is a plan to change from a medical facility to a junior hospital. Danna and others will be doing a presentation at the RI convention in 2019.
