Slate of Officers for 2016-2017
At the general assembly held December 12, 2016, the Past-Presidents Nominating committee presented the following slate of officers for consideration for the 2016 – 2107 Rotary year:

Since forty members were present, we had a quorum. Ed Nykiel made a motion to accept the slate of officers as presented. This motion was seconded by Skip Howey. There was no discussion on the motion and the motion carried unanimously.

Secretary's Corner
Hello Trenton Rotarians!
Did you know that there are two different levels of meeting make-ups? The basic make-up gives you credit for missed meetings, helping to preserve 100% attendance. This is mostly achieved through being on project committees. The second level is achieved through attendance at other club meetings. This not only gives you credit for missed meetings, but you can also get credit toward the missed lunch. However, you MUST turn in a make-up slip from the meeting you attended. Please turn in all requests for make-ups to your club Secretary.

Your Board approved the following expenditure request:
a)The board approved a $500.00 donation to the Trenton Food Pantry as a match to the $1,500.00 being donated by the Howey Foundation.
