While traveling this week, I was aware of local Rotary clubs in Sonoma Valley, CA. Although scheduling made it impossible to fit in a visiting Rotary meeting, I was surprised at the number of clubs to potentially attend. I strongly encourage you to seek a local club if you are away from home or attend one of our district clubs. Always fun, and you are always made to feel welcome. Isn't it wonderful that we can travel just about anywhere and find a friendly face at a Rotary meeting? Try it, you will not be disappointed!
We lost one of our own this past week, Kevin Gilday. Kevin was a member just a few years but will always be remembered with great memories, helping us with the Roar. I encourage members that knew Kevin well to speak a few words about him at our meeting Monday! RIP Kevin!
See you Monday!
Yours in Rotary,
Laurie Dixon
