I’m excited to share some encouraging news with you!
Last week, I invited the presidents of our fellow local Rotary clubs to meet and explore opportunities for collaboration. During my first month in this role, one theme has emerged from the many communications I receive… and that is whenever it makes sense, we should look for ways to partner on shared initiatives.
The idea was well received, including by District Governor Kim Spirou and AG Barb Smith.
I’m not looking to create another entity, of course – or add another meeting to our calendars – but bringing local leaders together around a focused agenda shared in advance could be highly valuable.
Everyone seems to agree!
I’ll keep you updated as this effort moves forward…
In the meantime, as always, thank you for all you do!
Peter

DYPAC Summer Camp

As DYPAC Summer Camp comes to a close, the memories, friendships, and experiences will stay with these children for years to come. The impact of this camp is truly priceless. Thanks to the generosity of Rotary, our dollars are making a real difference—creating opportunities, building confidence, and giving children a summer they’ll never forget. This is what Rotary is all about: changing lives and investing in our community’s future.  Kudos to Noel and Debbie for their vision!
