Wow! What great support at the Governors Golf Outing! It was a beautiful day for both the Canadian outing and U.S. outing resulting in 215 golfers! I believe we had at least 5 foursomes for our club! I understand our own Denny Levko's team was the outing winner in many ways! Ann Rudisill-Downriver for Veterans was awarded $15,000 at a recent District 6400 Rotary Golf Outing. The benefit was split with Foundation 14 from funds raised at the Wounded America Tribute to first responders and Veterans in August. The district golf outing proceeds will benefit International Service projects including a Dental Clinic that Dr. Noel Jackson will visit in 2021 with new equipment and supplies in Ghana. Congrats to all!
We also had a fantastic fundraising meeting for our March Madness fundraiser and it's going great! Sold out on sponsors and looking for 15 prizes between $100-500 value. Jackie will be sending our wish list soon.
Because of the current international insurance policy lack of COVID protection, we will have waivers to sign for future in person meetings or events on hand.
It's the Year of ACTION H.E.R.O's., Support our District 6400 Governor Noel, Hands On Projects and Member engagement through Peace, Kindness and ACTION!

Born in Wyandotte , ( in a log cabin , according to his kids ) but soon moved to a new subdivision off a gravel King Rd. Surrounded by farmers fields, but for Trenton’s new Anderson school. Which was a ¼ mile of mud, uphill both ways away from the house . . according to his Mom. He worked for Dad in underground construction weekends & summers. Grad from Trenton High class of 74 .Then followed his father into heavy construction for the next 40+ years,
Rising in the ranks of his Joba Construction Co.to Vice Pres. after building difficult plants & deep pipelines in Florida, W.Virginia, Ohio, Illinois, & all over Michigan. Again followed Dad onto the Trenton School board from 1994 to 2010. A member of 1st Presbterian Church , there serving in youth groups & as Trustee. Married then divorced from his still good friend Susan. Blessed with 2 children, Chelsea & Collin. & 2 step children, Nichole & Jackie, who live to visit , make mayhem, trash my house, & 3 leave to states beyond the reach of our police. Retired, then unretired to fix large broken construction projects in Ohio & Pennsylvania. Happily retired again for the last 4 years , Now living a life of crime with my partner Paula, taking too many pictures, I think to confuse the police.Joined Trenton Rotary just over a year ago , And enjoying good friends & so many new adventures with them.
