Our next member engagement is our Rotary picnic at John & Laura Howey's house on September 12th. Please sign up at the meeting or email me if you are attending. John Howey & Bob Haveman are providing the hot dogs and hamburgers. Please bring your own drinks and a dish to pass.

President's Corner
Reminder - Wear your finest island garb on Monday for the Hawaiian shirt semi-finals. The "Best of Show" will be held at the Rotary picnic on September 12th. Let's do it for the honor and glory.
Wow! Where did the summer go? Time to move into a busy, productive and active fall!
Golf outings, tree plantings, planning fundraisers, and enjoying fellowship. We are doing anything and everything we can to Support our community and people around the world. Speaking of people around the world, our Trenton Rotary Club global grant for 10 water wells in Ghana has been approved and construction will start, serving 15,000 people who will have access to fresh, safe water.
In January a team will travel to Ghana to dedicate the wells, see the D6400 medical clinics, and distribute days for girls reusable menstruation kits to 1000 young women. We will also take in some world historical and natural sites. Anyone interested, please contact me!
Thursday, September 12th, John Howey will be hosting the District Governor official visit at our Trenton Rotary Club annual picnic. There will be food, desserts, and amazing grilled food by John Howey. Remember that Mike McCullough will be presiding over the “Best Hawaiian Shirt” contest! We will proudly be installing two new members as well!
See you Monday for food, fellowship, and fun!
