It was a busy Rotary week and fun was had by all! Our very first group attended the regular meeting of Detroit Rotary on Wednesday at 12:00pm on the Passport Program. Rose Angela Gronda, Paulette Dillingham, Kathy Kane and myself headed out in the rain on Wednesday to the Detroit Athletic Club, downtown Detroit. It was my first time there and I loved it! We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the ambiance and program. Please let us know if you are interested in any of our next 3 Passport visits! This coming Wednesday, Oct 5th we head to Woodhaven/Brownstown Rotary at
12:00 pm. Other plans are in place for several other clubs, stay tuned!
Wednesday evening, members of the Board of Directors and the Executive committee of the Roar met at Savannah's to discuss the Roar going forward. We will continue this meeting soon, we did not get to discuss everything on the
large agenda.
Thursday, we had a wonderful turnout to John Howey's house for a fun fellowship get together. Thank you John for opening your beautiful home to everyone, in spite of the wet weather, we had a blast!
Monday, we have 2 teams participating in the Governors Golf Outing! Good luck golfers, hopefully the weather will be good!
Thank you to all our members who give of their time and talents! That is what makes Trenton Rotary so truly amazing!
Have a wonderful Rotary week ahead!
