Hello all, it went really well at Mister Nicks today and we think a good solution to move forward with our hybrid meetings. The internet and sound seemed to go well.Our biggest challenge will be gauging our numbers for Mister Nicks based on everyone's attending preference, so the lunch committee has decided to do the following:
1. If you want a meal or just want to attend without a meal you must RSVP by Thursday of each week for the rest of June so I can coordinate this and get the bills to Bruce. Mister Nicks can only have 33 and FYI we ended up with 25 eating and 3 not eating today.
There are only 6 RSVP's for today's 6/14/21 meeting so we will meet upstairs at Mr. Nicks and Zoom! If you want to come, please do and you can and order on your own.

2. Beginning in July you must again choose to opt out for lunches- Please look for the e-mail June 17, we need to know by June 24, or will be automatically opted in. It will be a rotating buffet meal at $15/person-week. Cash bar is also available.
Because Mister Nicks is not charging a room fee and is flexible on the numbers, the group feels we should stay there until we outgrow them, which is at 50 after July.
Parking may be an issue, but Val is working on allowing parking at 5/3 as well.
Roundhouse was contacted and can provide a box lunch for $11 including an entree,veg, side dish, cookie and water if we come back to Westfield, but cannot do a buffet unless we can guarantee 50 each week. Even before the pandemic we only had 30-35 people per meeting and unable to make the minimum.
