President's Corner

Greetings Rotary Friends,

What a proud and storied group we have. Attending the District Foundation Dinner is one of the high points for the President. My legs may have gotten tired walking back and forth to receive our awards, but my ears did not. Despite our success, the other clubs in our District have nothing but respect for our Club. I collected many congratulations on your behalf. I say on your behalf because at the core these awards are the essence of team work. Thank you all for your generosity in giving to the Rotary Foundation.

Our fundraising committees met on last Monday night. The Wild Game Dinner is well under way and needs your support. 100% participation is a lofty goal but one I know our club can achieve. Please find your way and if a suggestion is needed please see Dennis or I. On Tuesday morning we had a well-attended meeting to assess our Castignola, Schumate and Heroes and Angels Funds. Look for some documentation over the next couple weeks.

Keep in mind our upcoming Bell Ringing operation Friday November 30^th and Saturday December 1^st. The Christmas Party will take place at my house on Friday night so please RSVP if you can attend. It will be a fun night so hope to see you all there. Thank you for your help in making this another successful Rotary year.

YIR,

Mark
