Despite the weather we enjoyed another great week of Rotary work. Our Shamrockin’ on the River crew had to cancel their meeting but it did not slow down the progress. See RoseAngela or any of the committee to put in your ticket order.
The Roar Committee meeting included a large group TORC. (Trenton Outboard Racing Club) They are poised to help in a big way as our club embarks on the final year of being the primary promotional organization. We need all Rotarians, including those who have played significant roles in the past, to step up in a grand effort. Your knowledge and experience is crucial to the necessary success. Please see Paul or Ronnie and let them know you are there for them and our club.
Keep in mind that our meeting this week includes the State of the City by our own Mayor Stack. The doors open at 11:30. Please be prompt and help greet our guests with a warm welcome. As always, this is a great opportunity for the residents to see our good work. Thank you.

Sham-Rockin’ On The River Challenge:
How would you like to help raise an additional $1,500.00 or more for Sham-Rockin’ On The River? Your President-Elect has agreed to attendSham-Rockin’ On The River dressed as a leprechaun IF, and only IF, he can raise at least $1,500.00 for the event. That’s not even $25.00 per member! Invite your family and friends to take part in this and let’s blow $1,500.00 out of the water! Just send an email to matt@funservicesmi.com with your donation amount. I will use the Four-Way Test when gathering the donations - I will only ask for your donation if I reach or surpass my intended goal. And you will be expected to fulfill the donation under the same conditions.
