President's Corner

Hello Rotary Friends,

Since our last meeting we have; filled nearly every slot in the Salvation Army Red Kettle drive, enjoyed some fellowship at our annual Christmas party where we inducted 6 new Rotarians, the Past Presidents met for lunch and handpicked our 2019-2020 Board, had a great showing and got our Rotary Passport stamped at the Windsor 1918 speaker series where Rotary International General Secretary John Hewko gave us an update on our efforts to eradicate Polio, and pulled off one of the most successful Wild Game events in the 31 year history. This Monday we will hear from Donna Schmidt about the Howey Family Medical Center in Ethiopia. It would be impossible to dispute that Trenton is one of the greatest clubs in the world!

This Monday we will have our evening Extension meeting at Sibley Gardens. Join us if you can. We will also be checking out the venue for our March fundraiser. Keep an eye out for information on this event as I am certain it will be a ton of fun. As we close in on the Christmas and New Year holidays my hope is that you take time to recharge your batteries and enjoy some time with friends and family. There are too many people to thank individually so one big thank you to every member that works so hard to make our club what it is. You are an Inspiration!

Grazie,

Mark Angellotti

A huge thank you to the Rotarians who donated toiletries for the St Philip Food Pantry as well as making a cash donation at the Christmas party. You are making a difference.
