Blood Drive Thank you letter

Good afternoon,
 
Another fantastic drive yesterday over goal!  We really appreciate all that you put into these drives to make them a success.
 
The preliminary results from Monday, October 12, 2015 are as follows:
 
27 donors presented to give blood
21 was our projected goal
22 products of life-saving blood were collected
 
And the most important number of all-66 patient's lives will be touched by this drive!
 
We truly appreciate your continued partnership and look forward to a successful 2016.  Please pass along our thanks to everyone that was involved!

World Polio Day - October 24

 

Thank You to the "Punch Out Polio” Committee for putting together this great event - Liz Smith, Jim Perri, Vicki Perri, Noel Jackson, Sherry Halko, Suzanne Downing, Lisa Dufresne, Carol Meyers. Jackie Kalmar and Rose Angela Gronda

The following expenditures were approved at the board meeting held on 9/16/2015:
 
Trenton Educational Foundation Signature Event sponsorship for $1,000
Table at the ChristNet fundraiser on 11/6/15 for $500
 
The following expenditures were approved at the board meeting held on 10/21/2015:
 
Basket for World Polio Day Event "Punch Out Polio" for $50
Coats for Operation Warmth project for $1,250
Black Out Bullying Up to $2,000
Up to 4 students to attend RYLA @ $185 each, total $740
