First Avenue Activation

First Avenue Activation –The city of Council Bluffs is committed to improving the quality of life and attractiveness of our city.  The First Avenue corridor provides a unique opportunity for not only commercial and housing developments, but community building as well. In partnership with the Iowa West Foundation, Turner has been tasked with educating and engaging the public about the trail, as well as creating meaningful connections to First Avenue through events, partnerships and public art.
