The Annual report to the club will take place on December 19th.
Fred Chmura and Gary Osbrey were recognized for achieving new Paul Harris status. Fred was presented with a Paul Harris +3 (representing $4,000 contribution to the Rotary International Foundation over lifetime, and Gary was recognized with a Paul Harris +4 ($5,000 contribution)
The Board of Directors will meet next week.

ROTARY CHRISTMAS PARTY - This Thursday, December 7th at the Inn at Woodstock Hill at 5:30. Theme is Fun and Fellowship. Cost is $30. (Nonrefundable if you don't come). Everyone will get one free drink ticket. Christmas bingo, games, hors d'oeuvres and prizes! If you haven't signed up and wish to attend, please contact Rande.
CHRISTMAS BELL RINGING - Roberta thanked everyone who helped. She still needs help for this coming Saturday, December 9. Please call or text Roberta if you can help. 860.933.8603. To date the Kettle Campaign has raised $5,000.
Programs-
HOLIDAY GAMES COLLECTION - Rachael introduced our guests from TEEG and the Putnam Family Resource. Chelsea French presented the club with information about the holiday collection which is up from last year's distribution. 280 families have registered. Each family is guaranteed one gift and will receive more based on the number of gifts received. Children ages 0 to 19 are served. Distribution is December 16 for families with children and on December 19 for families and seniors with no children. Shannon Hainey from the Putnam Family resource center brought the club up to date on the burst pipes and the loss of many puzzles, board games, etc., that were lost. 110 Putnam families are registered with 212 children. Distribution set up is on December and volunteers are welcome.
