Committee Reports:
INTERACT- Roberta reminded members that a request was sent out for volunteers to help set up the Salvation Army Tripods on Fri. Nov 24 and 3 volunteers for Sat. Nov 25 and 1 volunteer for Sat. Dec 2nd. Thank you to Joe, Woody, Paul, Roberta and Michael for volunteering on Friday the 24 and Marc, Barry, Richard and Kathy on Saturday the 25th and Pam for Saturday Dec. 2nd. We will also be looking for assistance on Dec. 9, 16 and 23.
SCHOLARSHIP: Rachel will be reaching out to the committee to schedule a Zoom meeting after Thanksgiving. Committee will be reviewing application and criteria. Goal is to go Live on Jan. 1 to students. Also working on giving component.
HOLIDAY PARTY: This year's Holiday Party will be held on Thursday, December 14th at 5:30 pm. The Inn will be holding their price from last year for passed hors d'oeuvres. Cost is $30 per person includes 1 free drink ticket. Come mix and mingle, eat, play holiday games & win prizes. There will be a sign up sheet at the next meeting or you can RSVP to Rande (RChmura20@gmail.com) or Linda (ptcrier@gmail.com) if you would like to attend. PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up and cannot attend, you are still obligated to pay.
HOLIDAY GAMES COLLECTION - Rachel will be collecting games to be distributed to those in need for Christmas. She will be sending out an email reminder.
