President's Report:
Doug thanked all those that help on Sunday at the Pluck-a-Duck event. We sold the maximum tickets allowed for our group (175) and will benefit from $375 given back to the club.
Next Tuesday there will be a Board of Directors meeting following our regular meeting.
Richard will be taking a group photo outside, after today's meeting.
Doug is still looking for two volunteers to help with the newsletter. Each person would be responsible for the newsletter for only 1 week out of the month. Please see him if interested.
Secretary's Report: none this week
Committee Reports:
Membership Committee - Tonya Brock and Brandy Hapgood, both from Centreville Bank, were presented at the meeting today. Motion was made and approved for them to be our newest Rotary Club members.
Interact: Roberta reminded the club that TEEG is collecting backpacks and school supplies to be distributed on August 17. TEEG is also looking for 3 and 5 ring notebooks as well as graphing paper notebooks. So far there are approx. 200 families signed up to participate.
Roberta also thanked Shyla (Jenn's daughter) for helping out with the Fun Run over the weekend.
Program:
Today's guests were Megan and Bruce, from Generations. Megan is the Community Health Program Manager and oversees the Mobile Health Unit. The mobile van is staffed with APRNs, Physicians, Nurses etc. and travels to various locations, providing medical and dental care. It also acts as an urgent care center, and is available to all in the community. Bruce is the Clinical Supervisor for the School Based Health Centers (SBHC) at the Putnam Middle School and the new center that will be at the Putnam High School. The SBHC provides behavioral health services to students from Pre-K – 12th grade.

Karen's dollar was a disappointment dollar because she though Bruce's last name was S'mores.
Barry is happy for Olympian Stephen Nedoroscik who won bronze on the pommel horse. He is his daughter-in-laws cousin.
Richard had two happy dollars. The first for a fantastic pluck-a-duck and the second for his wife opening a bookstore on Main Street in Putnam on Friday.
Bob was happy his car won the Mayor's Award at the car cruise.
Emily B is happy that her dad spoke on WINY radio.
Jenn B wanted to thank Roberta for welcoming and involving Shyla in Interact. She had a great time.
Kathy is happy that her sister, diagnosed with breast cancer and later bone cancer, is in remission.
