Happy Dollars
Karen is happy - had a great time on vacation in Florida with some great martinis and thankful to everyone who helped with the food drive on Good Friday.

Emily Barnes - for her birthday!

Jen B - Spoke with Ron Coderre, he said he is getting our phone messages but it's hard to talk right now, but to let everyone know that he is making good progressive recovery and to say thank you to everyone.

Jay Wade - Special time with family and friends on Easter. Joined the Hale YMCA and absolutely LOVES it. Says Amanda does a great job over there.

Pam - Keith Aubin called and wanted to wish everyone a happy Easter. He will be here in May and will be in touch with Pam, hopefully she can bring him to a meeting! Had a special Easter with her mom and children who came up for the week. Thankful for all the 30 years in Rotary and developing a close friendship with so many and Karen, who she didn't even know when they both joined.

Dick - Missed us the last month! He was in Aruba and proud to say he still has his tan line!

Gary - He also joined the Hale YMCA after a seven year hiatus and has a personal trainer and is loving it !

John Miller - Hosted the Easter family dinner for everyone - tried to master the mandolin to help his wife and finally got it working perfectly on the carrots, but to the expense of cutting part of his thumb! (Ouch!) Wife was very sympathetic, with the words "You idiot!" When asked how the carrots turned out, Karen responded "They were bloody good!"

Rachael - Spent her birthday in Fort Myers, Florida at the beach ....with spring breakers everywhere!

Roberta - There was a special ceremony at Town Hall for the Korean and Vietnam War vets where Mike was honored and went to Mr. Z's for a great dinner after; had 17 family members for Easter!

The Four-Way Test

The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings: Of the things we think, say or do

  1. Is it the TRUTH?
  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

These principles have been developed over the years to provide Rotarians with a strong, common purpose and direction. They serve as a foundation for our relationships with each other and the action we take in the world.
