We were honored to have several veterans as our guests today for our annual Veterans Day lunch. We had Ron Coderre's three brothers, a very close friend and his brother-in-law, Madilyn's father and Roberta's husband.

Presidents Report:
Amanda expressed her appreciation and gratitude for everyone who sent condolences to her and her family with the passing of her dear grandmother.
The Nominating Committee will be meeting to vote on the slate of officers and board members. If you are interested in serving on the Board or as an officer, please reach out to John Miller at JPmiller@snet.net.
No meeting next week, November 28th.
Tuesday, December 5th is our Holiday Giving Program.
Amanda will send out a notice in regard to the rescheduling of the November Board Meeting.
Committee Reports:
HOLIDAY GAMES COLLECTION - Rachael reported on the holiday giving for TEEG and the Putnam Family Resource. They are looking to collect games for both agencies, for all ages, by Tuesday, December 5th. The games can be brought to Rotary on that date or dropped off at Mark Archambault's office, (the stone building), or at the Inn at Woodstock Hill before December 5th. Rachael will also be sending out reminders to everyone.
ROTARY CHRISTMAS PARTY - On Thursday, December 7th at the Inn at Woodstock Hill at 5:30. Cost is $30. (Nonrefundable if you don't come). Everyone will get one free drink ticket. Christmas bingo, games, hors d'oeuvres and prizes! Rande will send around a sign-up sheet at today's meeting, or you can RSVP to Rande (RChmura20@gmail.com) or Linda (ptcrier@gmail.com) if you would like to attend.
CHRISTMAS BELL RINGING - Roberta thanked everyone who signed up to help. She still needs help for this coming Saturday, November 25th at Price Chopper from 12 to 3 and 3 to5. Please call or text Roberta if you can help. 860.933.8603.
Programs-
Mike Rochetti, Air Force Veteran and long-standing member of the American Legion presented today. He explained the four pillars of the American Legion, Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation, National Security, Americanism and Children and Youth and the impact that these present upon our society. The American Legion is the largest veteran organization and was founded in 1919 and included within their membership were many US Presidents.
