Secretary's Report: Martha shared that the thank you note from Thompson Public Schools for installation of the musical instruments! Martha reminded the club that she has been scanning and archiving correspondence on clubrunner.
Committee Reports:
Holiday Party: Linda announced that the Holiday Party will take place on Thursday, December 12th at 6:00 at the Inn at Woodstock Hill. There will be passed hors d'oeuvres and cash bar. She is still calculating the cost. Sign up sheet was circulated. Members may sign up on line at ptcrier@gmail.com
Interact: Roberta reported that the Interact bell ringing this past weekend for the Salvation Army was very successful! She circulated a sign up for set up volunteers for this coming Saturday, along with the remaining two weekends before Christmas.
Holiday Giving: Rachel continues to look for board games (all ages, family) to be donated to the Annual Holiday Giving Appeal. Benefactors of the appeal will be TEEG, Putnam Family Resource Center and United Services clients this year. The three organizations will pick up games next week. Please bring board games to next meeting on Dec. 10th.
2-20 Club : The final net amount raised from this fundraiser was $8,600! Doug and Karen thanked all those involved.
Program
Doug presented a program on use of Club Runner. He pulled up the application on the screen and walked members through the process from signing in to navigating the site.
Raffle and cookies
Kathy won the raffle. She did not pull the 7 Spades. She donated the $10 to the Putnam Rotary Foundation Director's fund.

Scott Pempek filled in for our regular Sergeant at Arms.

Dave was happy for his grandmother who turned 97!
Amanda was proud of the YMCA float in the parade!
Roberta and her family were able to celebrate her parents 68th Wedding Anniversary!
Fred was happy that the news reported that the first damaged house in Maui has been rebuilt!
Charlie shared a joke about lawyers in cashmere coats!
Pam spent a great holiday with her daughters, their husbands, and granddaughter Ava.
Richard shared info about the grandson of Rotarian Sobo from Bulgaria who published a book on his 100 years.
