Golf Committee Although we did not reach Shawn's goal, we raised $56,473. Our net amount was $36,362! This exceeded the budget and was a great success! Kudos to Shawn and committee for their hard work.

Program Committee: Maddy reminded people that we are in need of programs for the fall. Crystal has put a calendar in club runner that indicated programs scheduled. Please check it; if there is a date with no program, it is available. We are trying not to schedule a program on the day of the Board meeting. Those meetings are also on the calendar.
Membership Committee - Two new potential members are going to the Recruitment Committee for review and action will be taken at the Board meeting and presented to the club next week.
Interact: Roberta reminded the club that TEEG is collecting backpacks and school supplies to be distributed on August 17. Members are encouraged to consider volunteering time to help set up the items for distribution at 8:00; a second group of volunteers are needed for the distribution to the community from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm. You can volunteer for one or the other - or both!!!
