Congratulations! Very proud and happy to announce that during 2018-19 Rotary year the following clubs received Rotary International Citation. This major accomplishment is cause for celebration in your clubs. I will recognize and deliver the certificates in person where possible and will request DG Xavier to do it on my behalf where not possible.
