Youth Exchange Farewell Picnic

SCHEDULE: 

• 11:45-1:00 p.m. Registration & Social
• 1:00 p.m. Picnic Lunch
• 2:00 p.m. Recognition of all Outbounds
• 2:30 p.m. Recognition of Inbounds, Host Families & Counselors
• 3:00 – ??? Fun & Fellowship

There are many activities available at the park, please feel free to bring along horseshoes, volley balls, soccer balls, etc. There is even a playground for the younger children.

Food and drinks will be provided. However, feel free to bring along your favorite non-alcoholic beverages.

COST:

• Inbounds, Outbounds, and STEP students are FREE to attend
• Children 12 and under are FREE to attend
• All attendees 13+ are $10 per person to attend.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!! YOU MUST RSVP BY MAY 30th so enough food is ordered for the event!

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Please register using the link to the left. If you are NOT a Rotarian, you will need to follow the steps below. Rotarians, please click on the "Members" box to register. 

1. Click on "Guests" blue box.
2. Enter your information (first name, last name, email, click the consent box and then click on save) 
3. On the next screen, you can enter additional guests (click on "add another guest", the box is right above the payment information)
4. You only need to enter guests that are 13+ and you are paying for them. All YE students, and children age 0-12 are FREE. Please enter the names of YE Students and children 0-12 in the comments section so you do not have to pay for them. 
5. Once all guests are entered (both guests that are FREE and guests that need to be paid for) you can enter payment information.
