Today's speaker Tom Foley, obtained thru Rotarian Caroline Murray, really had the full attention of Rotarians at lunch today. Tom is the author of "Most Wanted: Pursuing Whitey Bulger, the Murderous Mob Chief the FBI Secretly Protected." He expanded on the "who, why, when, where and how" of several incidents in his book.
