Our speaker today was Carol Moore Cutting, President of Northampton Radio Station WEIB-Cutting Edge Broadcasting. She explained the challenges and obstacles in forming an ethnic radio venue. She received FCC approval in 1984 for the only African-American radio station in New England. It is heard locally, globally and around the world.
