"The 2019/2020 Rotary theme is Rotary Connects the World, which resonates deeply with me and my experiences since joining the Rotary Club of West Springfield in the summer of 2011. Since joining, I have had the opportunity to connect with countless new people- both within the club through fellowship among club members; and outside of the club through guest speakers, community grant and scholarship recipients, and others in the local community that I might not have otherwise met, if not for Rotary."
-Patrick Willcutts, President 2019/2020

The Rotary Club of West Springfield is comprised of individuals who live, work, or are otherwise connected to the West Springfield community. Through weekly meetings, social opportunities, and volunteerism, members enjoy guest speakers and fellowship.
Sixty members strong, the club addresses local and international needs through  its community grants and scholarships programs, and its support of Rotary International's humanitarian efforts.

Rotary International is a global network of 1.2 million members who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change- across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
For more than 110 years, Rotarians have been taking action on sustainable projects, always working to better our world, and staying committed to the end.
It started with the vision of one man- Paul Harris. The Chicago attorney formed the Rotary Club of Chicago on February 23, 1905, so professionals with diverse backgrounds could exchange ideas, form meaningful and lifelong friendships, and give back to their communities. Rotary’s name came from the group’s early practice of rotating meetings among the offices of its members.
