Audubon Aquarium Marine mammal rescue and rehabilitation

Gabriella Vazquez has been with Audubon Nature Institute for 13 years. She started volunteering as an Aquakid at the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas in 2005. Eventually, she became an Aquarium husbandry volunteer and went on to intern with the marine mammal and sea turtle rescue program during the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill response efforts. In 2015, Ms. Vazquez was hired to be Program Coordinator for the Coastal Wildlife Network Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehab Program.
