Help Reduce Global Warming!
The nonprofit organization Sustaining Our Urban Landscape, known as SOUL or SOUL NOLA. is in great need of volunteers to plant trees at Pontchartrain Park, Base Camp @ Lot on 5500 Piety Dr., New Orleans, LA 70126 on Saturday, December 4th, and December 18th, from 9:30am - 1:00pm. You can help reduce global warming and reduce temperatures locally by helping to plant trees.
In addition to volunteer sign up in Club Runner, you will also have to register at soulnola.org. (Select Volunteer, then Sign Up Here To Volunteer. Under Organization, please put “Rotary Club of New Orleans”). Check-in at at 9:30 AM; Planting is from 10 AM - 1 PM.
