DESCRIPTION:The Vibrant Club Seminar scheduled on August 28th at Pearl Riv
 er Community College (PRCC) is an opportunity for all Rotarians and Rotara
 ctors to get current information on Rotary initatives and changes and to e
 ngage with Rotarian leaders from all clubs in the district. The training h
 as traditionally featured individual sessions geared to Foundation\, Publi
 c Image\, Service\, Club Admin\, and Membership.  The current focus\, in 
 keeping with DG Bob Vaughn's "Resource Networks"\, is to formulate club-le
 vel action plans to get these areas working in unison to help fulfill Rota
 ry’s Strategic Plan.  Each session will include hands-on use of Rotary 
 materials and facilitated discussions led by district leaders.  The infor
 mation will relate directtly to the Action Plan designed to achieve Rotary
 ’s strategic goals. All Rotarians are invited to attend\; a light brakfa
 st and lunch will be provided and registration is necessary for planning p
 urposes. Everyone holding a current club position of President\, President
 -Elect\, Foundation Chair\, Membership Chair\, PR Chair\, Service Chair\, 
 and Secretary/Executive Secretary are specifically encouraged to participa
 te as the information presented and the plans developed will become useful
