Medical equipment arrives in the Philippines
On the Philippine Island of Mindoro, the local mayor, head of the diagnostic centre and some municipal councilors were on hand to witness the unloading of a container of medical equipment and supplies for the local medical centre on October 31, 2916. Local residents expressed tremendous gratitude for this Rotary-sponsored gift to their community.

Ladner Rotarians and Rotarians from other District 5040 clubs which are members of Rotary World Help Network loaded the container with medical equipment and supplies on September 10, 2016 at the former Riverview Hospital site in Coquitlam. The Rotary Club of Ladner initiated the project.
