Ladner Rotary Supports Delta Drum Festival
The third annual South Delta Drum Festival was held on November 17, 2019, at the Genesis Theatre in Ladner.

The Festival featured some of the industry’s best drummers. DSS students supported the event by assisting with staging. A variety of types and styles of drums were on display and played.

Featured performers/instructors included Craig Scott (big band and jazz drumming), Julia Geaman (metal drumming) and Mike Michalkow (drum set artistry).

Festival organizer Rick Klemm said, “We have more sponsors this year, the Ladner Rotary Club donated funds, which is very kind of them, so it’s going really well,”
